The Alcohol‑Free Afterglow Experience
Rediscover Your Natural Radiance—through Calm, Body-Centered Practices
This is not a quick fix or a band‑aid.
It’s a 6-week live group experience rooted in nervous system support, somatic reconnection, and radiant self-compassion.
Designed for women who find themselves in the gray area of drinking—sipping more, feeling more, glowing less—this experience guides you from coping to clarity, from craving to calm.
When your body aches for calm, wine feels like a shortcut. But it's not the answer—it's a signal.
You wake already tired.
Not just in your bones—but in your spirit.
Each day feels like something to survive, not something to inhabit.
There’s a hum under your skin:
Anxiety disguised as busy-ness.
A clenched jaw that never fully releases.
The quiet dread of having to do it all again tomorrow.
You’re holding so much—and no one sees the cost.
Simple things feel impossible:
🍽️ Dishes wait.
👚 Clothes stay folded.
💬 Messages go unanswered.
But somehow, everyone else still gets your care. Except you.
At night, sleep is fractured.
You either can’t fall, or can’t stay.
And when your child doesn’t text back, your nervous system screams before your mind can reason.
You look in the mirror and whisper, “There has to be more than this.”
This isn’t just mental noise. It’s:
A nervous system in chronic survival
Breath that stays shallow and unseen
Muscles that never soften
A fatigue that rest alone can’t touch
And that glass of wine?
It’s not indulgence. It’s instinct.
A body reaching for relief in the only way it’s been allowed.
Imagine This:
You open your eyes without dread.
Your breath feels deep—and easy.
You start your day from calm, not catch-up.
You move through your morning with presence.
You stretch. You sip tea.
You feel your feet on the floor—and it’s enough.
Cravings still whisper sometimes…
but now you know how to listen.
You know what your body needs—and you give it willingly.
The edge is gone.
The guilt is quiet.
The glow is real.
This is not perfection.
It’s presence.
And it’s waiting for you

What My People Are Saying.
What My People Are Saying.
Hey, I’m Jolie!
I am your Nervous system–loving, glow-restoring guide (and unapologetic dog video sharer)
I’m a born-and-raised New Yorker now soaking in slower rhythms in Memphis with my Southern gentleman husband—his accent still gets me. After a tough divorce, I never imagined life could feel this peaceful or this full again. But here we are: three grown kids, two wonderful stepsons, and three rescue dogs who take lounging very seriously.
My path to this work has been anything but linear—social worker, third-grade teacher, stay-at-home mama, divorce therapist, high school guidance counselor… and now, finally, right where I belong: helping women soften their grip, regulate their nervous systems, and return to the radiant, grounded version of themselves they’ve been missing.
I know gray area drinking. I know anxiety. I know what it’s like to look in the mirror and think, “There has to be more than this.”
And I also know the way home.
I created the Alcohol-Free Afterglow as a space for women like you to rediscover calm—not through willpower, but through body wisdom. Together, we breathe, we feel, we unlearn urgency—and we do it all gently, with compassion leading the way.
When I’m not guiding this work, you’ll find me on the pickleball court (still working on that backhand), bingeing Shrinking or Ted Lasso, or curled up with a book under a pile of dogs.
I’ll be your calm-seeking sidekick, your sparkle-spotter, and your biggest supporter.
No pressure. No perfection. Just softness, presence, and glow.
Are you ready for your Afterglow?
It’s more beautiful than you imagine.
A Final Word
You are not broken. You never were.
That evening glass, the constant swirl, the tired ache—it was never your fault.
It was your body doing what it knew to do: reach for relief.
Reach for something to soften the sharp edges and quiet the noise.
But what if your body didn’t need to be silenced—just listened to?
What if the craving wasn’t the problem—but a doorway?
A message. A whisper. A chance to come home.
The Afterglow isn’t about quitting. It’s about becoming.
Becoming the version of you who doesn’t just cope—she glows.
The one who feels safe in her skin, steady in her breath, and tender with her needs.
The one who no longer has to white-knuckle through the week or explain her way out of exhaustion.
If something in you is stirring—if your nervous system is whispering yes—
I’d be honored to walk beside you. Gently. Steadily. One breath at a time.
Your Afterglow begins with one small, body-led step toward calm..
Have questions? Let's talk about it.
